Luna Hotel Kaleiçi

Loved the location, right in the historic town centre and a few minutes from the beach. Staff was great, especially Burak who speaks excellent English and who made me feel at home from the minute I arrived. Room was clean and comfortable.

Firstly, the hotel is very well located you have everything nearby and there’s no way you can get bored! I saw some reviews mentioning noise, but nothing disturbed my sleep at all. The bars below the hotel close early, so there’s absolutely no problem. Secondly, the hotel staff is amazing and very helpful, which made my stay even better! Special thanks to Burak for his kindness and attentiveness. I highly recommend this place 300% and I’m so glad I chose it!

The A/C in our room broke the day of our arrival so they organised a stay at another hotel which was very proactive and appreciated as it was a very hot day.

The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist district over the bar. It was very noisy in the evening and at night - but that was exactly what we were looking for! The weather was unbearably hot so we stayed inside the whole day and we are more than grateful for the working aircon. The room was tidy, the beds were soft, no irritating smells, everything was as we expected. Very soft towels!

I'm really looking forward to returning to this location! I have a great feeling about the staff being approachable and eager to help during my next visit.

Lovely chic hotel, in the heart of the old town, walking distance to everything, all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, as a female solo traveller, they offered advice and made me feel safe and very welcome

Lovely hotel

I had an amazing experience at Luna Hotel Kaleci! The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to key spots. The food was delicious, and the ambiance added to the charm of the place. A special shoutout to Buraq and his brother, who were incredibly kind and cooperative throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The staff as a whole were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can’t wait to visit again! Booked through Booking.com and everything was seamless.

The hotel is situated right in city center, all main points of interest are within 10-15 minutes walk. The personnel was quite helpful and present at all times, namely 24/7. Despite a bar being right at the ground floor, it is not noisy in the room, not sure how it works, but its a fact )))

Everything was fine, the location is great - plenty of bars and restaurants which also means that it gets quite loud at night so make sure you bring your earplugs :)

The hotel owner/staffs were very friendly and there is a restaurant owned by the Hotel just downstairs. Although, there is no lift in the hotel but the owner helped us to carry the luggage upstair. The location was perfect for younger people as it is just in the middle of busy old town and at night there are multiple beer places/restaurant downstair with very energetic vibes.
