Lycia Hotel

This hotel is an absolute gem! Clean and spacious room. Traditional Turkish breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The private beach with sun beds is such a beautiful place to relax, particularly at sunset. It was easy to get a taxi into Kas town for lunch or dinner. The driveway is very steep, but taxis and transfer services can pick up from reception. Highly recommend this family-run hotel for a memorable stay on the Turkish Riviera!

I do like the private beach and quite location. It’s so cozy. The interior is meticulously designed, with tasteful attention to every detail.

This property was so idyllic, the perfect location with stunning views and direct access into the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and the family that runs the property was wonderful.

Great hotel on the peninsula. The location is perfect — quiet and cozy, with a magical view from the hotel grounds. The sea is just a 2-minute walk away, with spots for swimming and comfy gazebos to relax in. There’s also an excellent pool on the property. The room was spacious with its own terrace and had everything I needed, except a kettle. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent — fresh and tasty food. The Wi-Fi was good too, enough for me to work. Highly recommend!

I got upgraded to a 55m2 room，which is on the second floor with a spacial balcony with good view to the sea and very big nice bath room. The breakfast also very nice，you can even order it to your room，the orange juice very refreshing. The beach （rock beach） very private and beautiful，better leave half day there. No need to mention the lovely lady owner， who can speak German， she is so friendly and helpful，make you feel like stay at home.

What a beautiful place! Service was perfect, as well as the location which is quiet, but close to town. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Really this place is a gem, and we would recommend it to anyone coming to Kas.

10/10 would stay here again and recommend to our friends and family. The hotel has STUNNING ocean views. You direct access to the beach / rock area with nice sunbeds to lie on all day. It was bliss being able to swim off the rocks and relax by the water all day. The breakfast was fantastic and had stunning ocean views. They provided extra towels for the beach / pool which we appreciated. They had super nice soaps and shampoos in the room.

The owner, Mari, very helpful and friendly The access to the sea is wonderful, there were no one except us two usually Sun beds are a bit old but absolutely fine because of the view the sea and due to towels that are given by the hotel In general the fact that you are alone on the seaside like these is priceless

The Lycia enjoys a beautiful position on the peninsula in Kas. We were upgraded to a room with stunning views. The rooms are large and comfortable. Our dinner and breakfast was very good and beautifully presented. The location is nice as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kas.

Every thing was great.. the breakfast was fabulous.. the view was spectacular.. and it was a relaxing vacation for us.. we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it..

The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the peninsula with great views. Merih and her team were so welcoming and the food was delicious! Our room was very spacious and well laid out.

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay! The accommodation was great - really comfortable and the views are amazing. We loved spending time on the private beach - perfect for swimming and chilling in the cabanas. The breakfast was really good and beautifully presented.

An absolutely amazing place and amazing, amiable, hospitable, welcoming staff/people who are always ready to help you! Astonishing view from the balcony and a fabulous view of Kaş at night from the pool which is always at your disposal! Also, you have access to the private beach that only hotel guests can use and that's awesome because me and my wife went to all the major/most popular beaches around (Halk, Patara, Kaputaş) and we found the private beach of Lycia Hotel to be by far the best! No more than 8 people at the beach anytime and most of the time there were only me and my wife even though the hotel was full all the time! Highly recommend! One of the best places we've been to! Beautiful, quiet location with amazing views. Excellent pool and private beach with cabanas. Merih was a wonderful host and we had an amazing honeymoon here. Breakfast was also great!
