I booked the budget room and expected the full bathroom to be communal but I had my own shower, basin and vanity table. Only the WC is shared between a maximum of 3-4 people as far as I am aware. The host was lovely and extremely accommodating, the location is quiet, not far from the town centre and the house is clean, though a bit old (just in the usual English fashion). For breakfast there are several options, including vegetarian/ vegan ones and the host accommodates preferences. A hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, an alarm clock, a kettle and complimentary tea are provided.

Perfect location to access all parts of Brighton. Very welcoming host and very helpful, he even helped us carry our bags up to the room. We stayed on the top floor which had a beautiful sea view. All you need is provided in the rooms even a little packed of biscuits each which the children liked. Loved that our room was given a little clean on our second day, towels and tea, coffee and biscuits restocked too, which was a bonus. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious, again the host was very helpful and excellent at catering for our children. Loved that he remembered our order on our second morning.
