The staff were wonderful. They were so helpful. Feliz the lady at reception was exceptional on the last day I asked could I check out a little later and she said no problem. The were updating the hotel when I stayed so I wish them luck in the future.

The was room and balcony was quite big, beds very comfortable and air conditioning was great .Staff were very friendly especially John was very helpful. Location was perfect in the center of town close to shops, restaurants, bars, buses and taxis

This property is quirky but I had a great stay here. It was an exceptional welcome from the host Can. The room was spacious and the bed clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to sea front and close to the shopping bazaar. I thought it was great value for the money paid.

The room was super spacious and comfortable The decoration of the room is very castle like room. The lighting of the room is great. Big tv and got everything needed like kettle, fridge, slippers etc.. The bathroom was okay the shower needs a bit more maintenance. The room smelled like fresh & clean laundry whenever we entered it.

Staff are fantastic. Rooftop pool was nice Room was CRAZY decorated - like the hotel itself. LOVED IT! Good for couples singles but maybe not families with kids. This hotel is more adult focused.

This place sure had its own personality! Kan was amazing, he made our stay so wonderful. After hot beach days we enjoyed cooling off at the rooftop pool. Mattresses and pillows were also very comfy.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal and very close to Marina and the shopping. Overall it was very satisfactory and of course the value for price charged.

I liked the space that my triples room provides, with an excellent balcony. Breakfast was quite decent and we had access to the kitchenette to make a small meal or Tea. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby with 2 supermarkets and 2 vegetable shops too. Walking distance to the seafront. Check-in was very smooth and so was check-out even though at 4am. They have an actually working 24 hr reception.
