The staff are very nice & helpful, the hotel is decent, the room is clean & comfy, and I found a welcome fruit plate upon arrival, but room is small, the breakfast is ok (boiled eggs, cheese, butter & cold cuts).

The room we booked was not available due to some issue at the hotel end. The staff gave us 2 options. A smaller room with some refund or a room in the neighbouring Rexee hotel. We chose the second option. Staff was very good !!

Friendly staff Clean and comfortable room In a lively and interesting part of town. Don't stay here if you are looking for 'quiet'. Easy enough to find despite being within a labyrinth of small backstreets. OK price in a country that has overpriced accommodation Fresh breakfast that's typically Turkish and doesn't vary from any other breakfast in Turkiye

The location was great. It’s near the isteklal street and about 10 minutes to taksim square by walk. The staff was so kind and very helpful for everything especially Ferat and Ali, they can speak English very well. The breakfast was so good and acceptable and you can choose what you want. The room and bed was so clean and they clean the room whenever you want. The hotel has an elevator and it’s so good for guests.
