Guest Reviews
Short stay at the Blackpool. Since my daughter loves the waterpark there, we chose to stay at this hotel. I like the family room at this hotel.
Everything was amazing the couple couldn't of been more helpful Great location for walks along the beach
Was very central , clean , staff lovely, just one picky thing no bar yet
Rachel and Chris made me very welcome, nothing too much trouble.the Maydene in a very good location.also very clean.plenty choice for breakfast. I will be booking the Maydene again.
Host was amazing lovely quiet hotel very relaxed atmosphere room was lovely and cosy
Very welcoming, clean and comfortable in a great location
Rachel and Chris were fantastic hosts — their warmth and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. The hotel reflects the incredible time, effort, and care they've put into every detail, from the stylish decor to the spacious rooms with a fridge. The games room and bar area were brilliant additions, The continental breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of fresh fruit, breads, jams, marmalades, pancakes, waffles, cereals, and juice — highly recommend!"
Great location - 5 minutes walk to pleasure beach and couple of minutes to the tram to access all of the prom. Rooms are basic (they do not pretend to be anything else) but you have everything you need in between adventuring around Blackpool. Beds are comfy with new mattresses. Light continental breakfast a bonus. Lovely hosts - allowed us to leave the car longer so we could enjoy the theme park on check out day. We also forgot my daughters coat in the room and were phoned to make sure we could get it back before we left.
The owners of the maydene Hotel were exceptional for me and my friends when we went. They are a lovely friendly couple. The beds are comfortable, and I personally had 2 really good nights of sleep. The hotel also offered more than I was expecting with a games room and karaoke on the evening. Couldn't be happier with what we received and the price is reasonable for us. The hotel is right by the south pier, and there is a weatherwpoons about a 5 minute walk away which was also perfect for us as a group.
Staff was amazing made very welcome nothing was a hassle for them
I slept like log and very accessible Simple breakfast
The staff were amazing, very helpful and polite.. The hotel was immaculate, very clean and fresh. The room was amazing, decent size and the bed was very comfy.
Absolutely brilliant stay.very nice welcome when arrived.really help full.place is very clean and tidy..we will definitely be back.thank you sooooo much
The host was very friendly. The usage of a pool table and lounge was very welcoming. A good variety at breakfast. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
Rebecca and her partner were very pleasant. Nothing too much trouble for them . Room was warm and cosy Continental breakfast . Comfortable sitting room ,pool table . Fridge with canned drinks ,honesty jar for payment Which was very convenient. Perfect location to the beach and South pier. Would definitely book again .
Great location, hosts was lovely very helpful, my daughter left her purse in room and thay rang me to let me know , would definitely stay next time we visit blackpool
Quite at night , I had a fridge in my room, big space to move around as travelling with people with learning disabilities and mobility issues. Close to shops and bars to buy food and drinks for the evening in the hotel room. The room was very clean and tidy. Can get tram over the road from hotel back to Blackpool North Station to travel, making it easier due to mobility problems.
As a solo visitor, it was a quiet, comfortable room, and it had everything as required, a large wall-mounted TV, plus tea and coffee available. Only one grumble: the TV signal was poor, as it would eventually lose picture. I only wanted to use it for news in the morning. Apart from that, it's what you would expect for a value-priced B&..recommend.
Great location, breakfast more than enough, Public transport close by if needed, great little games room
Nice rooms .good facilities. Friendly staff
