Guest Reviews
Breakfast was OK but we struggled to get a table on Sunday morning
It was a great location just a 10 second walk to the beach, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly.
Great location with parking. Room was comfy.
Helpful nice staff
Great ambience, lovely friendly staff and Great location. Didn't eat, or drink there so can't comment on those
Freshly cooked breakfast, comfortable and great sized rooms, easy access and great staff support when needed. Free WiFi and great location for Brighton centre and not far from other attractions.
Free upgrade to sea front prestige rooms! So lovely, complimentary hot drinks in room and lovely shower
Very enjoyable stay good staff nice food the room was comfortable but a bit small to be classified as a family room
A lot of character and great breakfast
The location is great, the decor in the reception area is lovely and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. Hotel entrance is absolutely beautiful and has amazing decor throughout. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. They also made my boyfriends birthday a little more special by adding a hand written card, chocolates and 2 free drinks for us! We stayed in a privileged sea view room (number 309) and it is very much so worth the price. The room is huge and very clean. Buffet Breakfast food tasted great and was fresh at all times however, there isn’t a huge selection but for us it done the job and was amazing. Overall we will definitely be coming back!
Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff.
It was excellent value superb location everything worked perfectly
We enjoyed our stay - very convenient for walking into lanes and beach. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Room was comfortable and food very nice. Breakfast was good but the room could have been bigger
Location and on seafront
Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast.
