I am an entrepreneur from Latvia – I own 11 stores and three Booking.com apartments, one of which is a large house. Therefore, I have experience in guest hosting and service, and I am happy to share my observations, which may be useful for you. First of all, I would like to say a big thank you for the warm welcome and the kind attitude of the staff – special thanks to Mrzda, who truly made me feel like a welcomed guest. All the small, thoughtful gestures during my stay were very pleasant. The hotel’s location and overall concept are excellent, and I can see the potential for this place to become a higher-class hotel with higher prices if just a few improvements are made to the interior and service quality. However, there were several details that caused discomfort. The room did not have the promised TV or minibar, the balcony area left an untidy impression as unnecessary items were stored there, and in the early mornings the housekeeping staff were very loud. During the entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once – towels were not changed, toilet paper was not replenished, and garbage was not taken out, which should be a standard part of the service. It does not need to be done daily, but at least once during six days it should have happened. I especially want to mention one situation that left an unpleasant aftertaste. One evening I ordered a glass of wine and paid for it. Later, the host himself came and politely topped up my glass, which I perceived as a hospitable gesture – since I had not asked for more wine. However, later, when I ordered a third glass from a staff member, I was told that I also had to pay for the previous top-up. Of course, six euros is not a significant amount, but such a situation should not occur – the guest should pay for what they order themselves, not for what is seemingly given as a complimentary gesture. Another unpleasant moment was during my early morning departure.

Good location, food was ok for the price, small buffet choice,suited our needs. Pool was clean.

Taak popravde neviem čím začať. Veľa oblastí bolo naozaj skvelých. Personál bol skvelý a bol k dispozícii 24/7. Aj cez jazykovú bariéru sme sa vedeli dohodnúť pomocou prekladača. Raňajky začínali 8:30 a boli výživné. Priateľ si najviac pochvaľoval lečo. Doobedie sme trávili pri hotelovom bazéne s kávou. Automat na teplé nápoje i chladnička s nápojmi boli k dispozícii stále. Neskôr sme sa prešli k moru. Pláž je vzdialená 3 minúty chôdze od ubytovania. Vrátane verejnej sprchy a slnečníkov. Veľkou výhodou bola lokalita hneď na hlavnej ceste. Kedykoľvek sme si zastavili autobus (dolmuş). Chodil každých 20 až 25 minút a prepravili sa do okolitých miest. Nádherné hory poskytujú nádherné výhľady ale i tieň a schladenie. Počas nášho pobytu v strede septembra slnko zapadlo za hory už po 17tej. Prvú večeru sme si spríjemnili hraním spoločných hier dostupných v hoteli. Na výber bola dáma alebo vrhcáby. A tá najlepšia vec na hoteli bola, že je pet friendly. Mnoho hostí cestovalo so svojimi psami. Dokonca aj mačkou. No zároveň dvere mali otvorené aj pouličné zvieratá. Deti sa hrali s mačiatkom, psy dostali zvyšky jedla od hostí.. Všetko toto tvorilo veľmi príjemné prostredie.

Location foarte buna aproape de plaja,personalul dragut,amabil,gata ss te ajute cand aveai nevoie,mancarea buna si suficienta

Rozhodně fajn přístup personálu, bazén i vzdálenost od moře.Take jídlo bylo bezva,jen pozor na to, že all inclusive je bez alkoholu.

Uns hat die Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen – nur drei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Am Morgen kann man einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang genießen. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und freundlich, der Gastgeber herzlich, das Essen hausgemacht und sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein Spaziergang zum Wilden Strand und weiter auf der gesperrten Straße – dort gibt es beeindruckende Ausblicke auf Felsen, Bucht und Pinien.
