Great location, we booked the room with the balcony so it’s very spacious. A special thanks to Ensar who went out of his way to make our holiday a memorable one. He went the extra mile in helping us with whatever we needed always with a smile. The communication was also very good before we arrived. We arrived very early as we had an early flight, and he said if the room was not occupied he would give us an early check in which he did. He even offered us breakfast at one of their other hotels as this hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. So many thanks to Ensar we really appreciated all the help and advice you gave us.

Excellent location within walking distance to all major attractions; Smooth communication, flexible check in time after midnight as our flight was late. Friendly staff was very helpful with arranging transfer between airport and hotel. Excellent house keeping. Excellent shower water pressure.

Location Most amazing staff - Numan has proving to be a great host, great communication from booking to leaving after 4 day stay. He welcomed us, gave all details about our stay, arranged airport pick up and drop off, showed us amazing places to eat, exchange money always with a big smile on his face.

The location was perfect, located right in the centre of old town which was great for visiting all the sites. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. Location. Numan receptionist. He was veryyy kind and veryyy helpful always ready to go extra miles.. from the moment you book the hotel they text you to check if you need anything prior. They made themselves available on whatsaapp so that u can text them anytime. Really recommend and will definitely come again
