Comfort hotel at a cheap price, very easy to access and good neighborhood. Our room it was simple, good for the price. Very kind personal, they make us stay until 12:00 the last day because we have the transfer to the airport at that time. :)

It’s a great stay for those who want something different. A 140 years old mansion turned into a family run hotel, with a bed and breakfast feel. The owner was very helpful, the property was beautiful, location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The location is perfect, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I had just small problem with the sound, I couldn't sleep well because of the neighbors noises.

I really enjoyed the Ottoman style of the interior. It gave me the feeling of traveling. I also liked the central location of the hotel, yet it was still a little bit of the beaten track so we weren't in the middle of tourist bonanza.

The location is perfect to walk around the city. What I like most are the comfy bed and pillow.

Eser was very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet, basic room.

Had a great and memorable stay the Nevalist Hotel. We were hosted by Fatih and his brother Esser. Fatih was very friendly and Esser’s kindness made our stay even more memorable. He was very attentive to our needs and took great care of us, of my mother specially. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay and both rooms were very nice, specially the underground one. It was very spacious and both rooms were clean. They provided us towels and tissue papers. Esser was so nice that We trusted him with our Suitcases when we left for Cappadocia for a few days. Esser even offered us dinner two times, and cooked us nice locals Meals. On our last day, they helped us get a taxi and helped us with our suitcases. The locations was also great, close to the istiklal streets, can go by foot. There are also many little shops close by and close to busstops going both ways I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A big thank you to Esser and Fatih

Hotel manager/ owner was very nice and always helped with a fantastic smile. He treated his guests in a kind special way that allows them to feel comfortable and as part of his family. I was surprised to have been invited to taste his homecooked "mercimek" along with other 2 guests from Mauritius. Everything was so spontaneous that you can't ever experience hospitability from other locals such as Nevalist Hotel. While I'm riting this feedback, they have informed me to pick up my computer charger which I left in the room. Tesekkürler Abi.

The room was really comfortable, we also received an upgrade so that we could have a second bed. The personnel is amazing, waited for our arrival until midnight and helped us find a place to have dinner. He also was very helpful throughout the whole journey via WhatsApp.
