New Park Hotel

Everything is fine.

The location was in the center and the stuff was very helpful

The hotel left a great impression from check-in to check-out. Staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Room service worked flawlessly. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight — every dish we tried was excellent. Breakfast (buffet) was varied and tasty. A special mention to the spa: an excellent hammam and sauna with free access for guests — exactly what you need after a long flight.

Room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service food was great. Breakfast was decent. As a girl on her own, I felt safe within the hotel and within its surroundings. Location was great since it was across from a quiet park but also within a short walkable distance to shops, restaurants ect...

I stayed here for a short business trip and was very satisfied. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and English was spoken at the reception, which made check-in and communication very easy. A pleasant and convenient stay.

Walking distance to central Ankara. Excellent housemaid service. Breakfast high quality in pleasant restaurant. Helpful, friendly, capable staff. Comfortable bed. Close to metro station.

This is a hotel i stay at frequently. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good enough, and it's in a great location in the city center. The masseuses at the spa are professional and provide excellent service.

The breakfast was very good, although I missed the beacon. The location is perfect for the metro and the use of the buses..

The room is basic but comfortable. There is quite some noise from the street but it did not bother me. The breakfast is nice, it could have a little more variety especially in the cooked section. I used the gym once and it was small but decent. The staff is kind and tries to help. The location is central, many restaurants around and a nice small park across the street.

I chose the New Park Hotel for the second time after a few years. The service, kindness of the employees, the amazing and extensive breakfast, the hygiene in the rooms, etc., were all excellent and on point.

Beautiful hotel, corner property, amazing free breakfast.

Noise from other rooms. Walls are too thin. Bed is to soft.

The hotel was OK - just that. The staff was very nice, speaking good English, but the amenities were definitely not worthy of five stars. Breakfast was good (except coffee - see below), plenty to choose from. We did not hear traffic at nights (through closed windows), air conditioning was good (it was very hot outside).

While the hotel is not a real 5-star as some reviewers indicated, the breakfast was one of the best we had in the two-week's trip and we enjoyed excellent selections of different Turkish breakfast items. You can order omelet from several options and are very delicious, and the varieties of the cheese are plentiful. There is also a salad bar with good selection of bakery items and fruits. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is ideal, just across the street from the Kolej Metro station, and not far from the Kizilay square.
