We really liked the street and the zone! The Guest House is a very stylish accomodation with friendly staff.

Fantastic location in a beautiful part of Edinburgh

Small but lovely and clean room with modern bathroom and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the self check-in was easy. There was also the option to store luggage after check-out. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful, just a 20-minute walk from the city center. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

Excellent location for access to the Stockbridge area.

Reception area and communal room warm, clean and inviting. Room was well appointed. Very close to Stockbridge with all the associated amenities. Easy to find and all instructions sent were very clear. Good to have option of leaving luggage.

Nice location, friendly staff, easy self-check in and check out, clean, cozy

I like how cozy and close to the center it is. Bus stops are also really close by, so if its raining a lot you have other options. Towels and bed sheets were changed every day even though we were there for 4 nights

It's a very clean, tidy and cozy place. The transportation is convenient. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Due to the flight, we arrived very early. The hotel took care of our luggage and allowed us to check in early after everything was settled. Everything was great! If I come to Edinburgh again, I will still choose to stay here!

The location was great, the ground floor reception room was lovely and nice to sit in while having a cup of tea.

Nice guest house in walking distance to the center (about 15-20 mins). Self check-in was easy and it wasn't an issue to get there late at night. It was clean and had everything we needed for the stay, including a kettle with selection of teas, a fridge and a usb charging station (no need for an adaptor for people who aren't from the UK). We had a very nice view into a back garden, so it was very quiet at night. The whole neighbourhood is nice, calm and quiet, but just a few minutes walk away, there is a main street with lots of cafés and shops.

This is a hidden little gem.. gorgeous house with incredibly comfortable beds. I loved this place and would go back in a minute if I could.

Room was perfect, cozy and with great view out the window. The location was cute and secluded -- further from Old Town than some other options but well-worth the location for the neighborhood. Lots of food / coffee / grocery options within easy walking distance.

The location has several restaurants, a grocery store, and coffee shops within walking distance. It was easy to get a bus to get to the city center. Everything was very clean. We liked having coffee and tea in our room.

A peaceful, colourful and comfortable place in an excellent location. Owner was friendly and helpful.
