Nex Hotel Istanbul City Center

Everything was great

Very clean

Good location, only a short walk to the metro. Property was clean and tidy

Location was perfect, easy to access everywhere. The room and the shower were also comfortable

Excellent

The staff were very friendly and attentive , the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Location is also ideal and is an easy location to find a taxi

Central location in a nice neighborhood, five minutes from Osmanbey metro station. The area offers many shops and restaurants but is very quiet at night. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the overall service offering is good. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back.

I stayed one night, but I didn’t stay for very long. The hotel was very nice, and I didn’t have any problems. The staff was attentive. Mr. Ömer was very helpful and met our requests immediately. We really thank Mr. Ömer. We will be back.

the hotel has very good location , connected with street s had access to local and international shops. so clean Hotel very good stuff. No one bothering you quiet room and AC working well.

everything was great room was clean, bathrooms too, got a free hammam session so that was nice too. wifi was fast enough to fulfill my work needs.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel – everything was truly 10/10! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The highlight of our stay was the amazing staff. At the reception, Ali, Omar, and Yousuf were always helpful and welcoming. In the restaurant, Mahmoud and Meral provided excellent service, and a special thanks to the young man Burno for his kindness and support. The location is also perfect – close to many shops and cafés, and just a 2-minute walk to Osmanbey metro station. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Staff are very helpful and location is beyond great.

If you are coming for some events like I did, the hotel is at walking distance from the Convention Center. My room was very clean, it had a nice large shower and a comfortable bed. The personnel was polite and efficient. The WiFi worked great, which was perfect to work from the room. Also, the hotel is very close to bus and meteo stations, which is also strategic to visit the city.

It was a perfect stay. The employees were kind and helpful. We would like to thank Mr. Ömer for his help.

I stayed 7 days at Nex Hotel Istanbul with my kid, it was wonderful. Perfect location in chic Nişantaşı, just 1 min from Osmanbey Metro and one stop to Taksim. The hotel is spotless and breakfast is delicious. What truly made the difference was the staff – Mahmud, with his kindness, patience, and incredible help (even during emergencies), and Çiğdem, whose warm welcome and attentive care made us feel at home from day one. Their genuine hospitality turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!

Clean, great staff, location
