Lafestank 10.0

Warm greetings at Reception & a staff carried our bag to room. Welcome drink & fruit platter. Next day cookies platter. Upon leaving the hotel gave us Turkush Delights. Wonderful gesture from management. They even call us on the phone to ask if we needed anything. We feel special as guests. Love this hotel. Got an upgrade to room with bslcony. Spacious room, seating area. Toiletries, plenty of coffee & tea , complimentary mineral water too. There was a bath tub & walk in shower in the spacious bathroom. Havaist Bus stop is nearby So it was easy to get to Istanbul Airport

Erchin 10.0

Location is excellent: close to all major attraction sites in Istanbul, and easy to reach all the airports in Istanbul due to the proximity to the shuttle/bus stop for both airports in Istanbul (Istanbul airport as well as Sabiha airport). The room was very spacious, elegantly decorated, very nice furniture, very perfect from all regards, including free bottles of water every day and an welcoming basket of fruits. Breakfast was among the best ever eaten in a hotel for the past 30 years of intense travel.
