The staff

Staff helpful as can be ,

All its Good place in centre , its very clean and staf is soo Goood Abdullah was very helpful..

It was a wonderful experience! It went by so quickly. We felt right at time, so cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Everything is clean and comfortable. Definitely worth every penny! Staff is so kind and helpful. Great place to stay if you have kids and need to wash clothes and want a little comfort of home but still getting hotel experience. ❤️ not to mention we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s on a quiet relaxed street but just a short walk away from literally everything you could want/need during your stay in nişantaşi. If you’re traveling during the colder months, heaters are very powerful! My family and I were impressed and we have 0 complaints. 10/10 recommend.

There is no hot water for taking shower in one of the bathroom.

We were 7 in the group and we booked 4bedroom apartment which was great. Location is ideal if you want high end shopping & dining as everything is close by.

very nice and cozy facility with a great staff who are very helpful. cleaning service was also on top level. Location is great, especially if you like shopping. Highly recommended.

I can’t thank enough Abdullah and Naim for their outstanding costumer services, they made our stay super nice and joyful especially for me, I came all the way from New Zealand to be with my father who’s here for health treatment . If anyone looking for best costumer services and helpful staff this is the place. Also the location is perfect very central and everything is near by. Cleanliness, our apartment was very clean Samah and Mayar are the best. Many thanks Abdullah and Naim I’m so grateful

Spacious apartment, modern.

It’s like home very comfortable The staff was very nice

Great value. Great location. Calm neighbourhood. Two ACs.

Mr. Abdallah was very good, the location on map was perfect. The price is very good considering the location and tidiness.

Place is very comfortable, very clean, very friendly. I highly recommend it for families. Staff is above good, especially Naeem and all other staff

The property is well managed. The staff is super cooperative, especially Mr. Abdullah and Naeem also other colleagues. You can get easy access to the bus station and Osmanbay Metro station from where you can easily access the visiting places. You can find stores and restaurants on door step that remain open till late night. Overall, it was a good experience with family. Thanks to the entire team.
