Guest Reviews
Jayne was lovely n friendly and did her very best to make our stay comfortable. She went above and beyond. Very clean
Jayne was a brilliant host very accomodating and gave me some great advice on local attractions. This hotel was a lovely place to stop on my weekend, the room was clean and well set out. Great value for money and I will be stopping here again.
Well appointed room, everything you needed. Although a bit down the road from town centre public transport is just around the corner.
Great host. Really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Close to shops, bus stop, tram stop etc... nice walk into centre.
Hotel was very clean. Jane was very helpful and chatty. Would stay again when in the area.
Jayne was the perfect host - nothing too much trouble, lovely coffee when i asked. I did not have a breakfast there so cant comment but im sure it would be great.

First time id stopped there and it was brilliant Jayne couldn't do enough for us. I will be definitely staying all the time I travel to Blackpool this year and possibly next year
Had a lovely stay Jane was a lovely person would recommend it
Cosy comfortable B&B, Jayne was extremely welcoming and made you feel at home straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was fab!
Jayne was absolutely fab at making us feel welcome. Above and beyond.
We where met by a lovely lady called jayne who was very welcoming.. The property is very clean and situated in a good position close to the promenade and beach and a lovely pub a few hundred feet down the road where they serve good food. Jayne is a very chatty person who has great knowledge of the area and will advise on live entertainment that's showing at the time. If you like a nice cooked breakfast you won't be disappointed... Overall a great place to stay. We would definitely return
The host is really friendly and the room’s were clean breakfast was really nice and location was good
The host, Jayne, was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was good and set me up for the day. Room was spacious and comfortable with a good size bathroom which was spotless clean.
Hosts went above and behind to make us feel welcome
Breakfast was fantastic. Host was so accommodating, we had a child and a vegetarian who were spoilt for choice and well looked after for food and drinks! Incredible value for money. The host really went the extra mile in every way, whether it was making us feel comfortable, getting to know our interests and suggesting things to do and places to go. Great conversations and terrific sing songs! The music and theatre theme was such a fun touch and gave us lots to talk about! There is no place else that I will stay when I visit Blackpool now - and next time I will bring my entire family!
Jayne met me and my daughter when we arrived. And explained where everything was and showed us to our room. Then, when we got settled, we came back down and had a coffee. Jayne showed my daughter a couple of games and played with her. The following day, the breakfast was lovely with quality ingredients. We came over for a wedding. (I was nervous at giving a speech, and Jayne even helped me practice my speech) So was out mainly for the duration. But whenever we were in, Jayne went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. On our last morning after breakfast, Jayne set up a little treasure hunt for my daughter. She had to find 5 chocolate coins hidden in the front living room. Highly recommended and will be staying again. We have too because my daughter has told me she wants to go back to see the lovely lady. Whilst we were driving home.
Friendliness, warm greeting, excellent breakfast.
