We found out that we had been upgraded on arrival. The room was fantastic with a small balcony. Very clean and although just warm when we arrived, the heating system was easy to use and soon brought the temp. Up. Booking in staff very helpful and answered all our questions positively.

We were upgraded to an executive room upon arrival and staff were very welcoming and approachable. Our room was clean and spacious - we had a god view of the castle too! The hotel is very conveniently located and public transport was very accessible. The hotel’s restaurant was quite nice, breakfast was very good. Overall, we had a good few days stay (family of 3 with 4yr old)

The hotel is very convenient, with train station near and commercial shops and restaurants close to it. Hotel is clean, cozy and complete toiletries provided with a good brand so you don’t need to hassle yourself bringing your own. Food was also great in the hotel restaurant.

David 10.0

An excellent stay at Novotel Edinburgh Park for a short business trip. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the room was spacious, bright and clean. I was given a room on the top floor with a small balcony and great views over the Pentland Hills. I also enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and a trip to the steam room and sauna.

The efficiency of staff, the food in the restaurant was excellent and all staff so friendly. The beds were comfortable, sheets and bedroom were so fresh and clean. The shower was fab. It's all just had a refurb. There's a fab pool and leisure facilities. The hotel is superbly placed for access into Edinburgh by either train or tram. 3 min walk from hotel and run every few minutes. It takes 15 mins to centre.
