The location couldn't have been better—just a stone's throw from Taksim Metro Station and Taksim Square! The staff truly went above and beyond, offering friendly and helpful service that made our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was a delightful spread with a fantastic variety of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was excellent — the property was spotless, and the customer service was truly first class. Upon check-in, we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a lovely gesture, but we politely declined as it felt a bit too large for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa experience was equally impressive and a highlight of our stay — relaxing, well-kept, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service.

The Hotel was recommended by one of my friend. We really like the hotel as mentioned above and we certainly recommend the hotel. The best part was the breakfast time where we really spent quite some time everyday we were there. The staffs including the kitchen staffs were so welcoming and attended to all our demands. The daily chef cake was just great.
