The breakfast was super! Variety of dishes and fruit juices, most importantly for me, vegetables, omelette and olives.

The staff are excellent and always available to help! Facilities are also great, I stayed with a family of 6 and 1 small child and we had no issues at all. Plenty of breakfast options and they would switch up some of the options each day to keep it fresh. Good value for the location.

I had an amazing stay at Primero Hotel Istanbul, and I want to give special thanks to Ozgur, who truly made my experience unforgettable. His hospitality, professionalism, and friendly attitude were beyond expectations — he is absolutely brilliant at his job. Imam was also fantastic and very supportive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the major attractions, but what really makes this place stand out is the exceptional service led by Ozgur. I genuinely hope the hotel management recognizes his hard work and rewards him with a well-deserved salary increase — he truly deserves it! Highly recommended hotel, especially thanks to Ozgur and Imam for their outstanding service!

The location was spot on walking distance to most of the attractions. Nice and peaceful hotel, breakfast was good, all the staff were really friendly and helpful good people,imam and the other reception guys were fantastic can’t remember everyone’s names apologies.
