Clean
From start to when we checked out tim & Janine and all the staff were so helpful , large varied selection at breakfast, quality.
Centrally located for all the major attractions.
I absolutely loved staying at raffles for a 3 night stay in October, even though i stayed on my own, everybody made me feel very welcome.Tim and Janine are the perfect hosts who can't do enough for you.My room was spotless and the hotel bar just made for a perfect stay.Looking forward to staying at raffles in the not so distant future.Oh and just to mention the breakfast everyday which was fabulous with plenty of choice.
Absolutely everything- wonderful
Really good central location, easy walk to beach, tower, tusaauds, sea life, dungeons, trams along front for illuminations etc. Friendly hosts, efficient and well organized. Nice thoughtful finishing little touches in rooms (rock, biscuits, toiletries and so on .. ). Lovely room, perfectly clean with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, nicely decorated and really comfy bed. Excellent breakfast both mornings we were there in pleasant surroundings in the dining room. Nice traditional Victorian property and loved all the old photos and paintings on Blackpool life. We would happily stay there again. We couldn't park on-site but plenty of parking in nearby, car parks, didn't have any issues there. I don't think you could get a better central location which is walkable with onsite parking and we really wanted to be able to walk to key attractions so was perfect for us.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always trying to please and make sure our stay was the best it could be.. hkghly reccomended
The staff were very welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Every need had been considered and thoughtful gifts left for me to take home. The heating, power shower and key fob were all explained carefully. Good value for money. There was a wide range of options for breakfast and my porridge was delicious!
Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in Blackpool Jay the manager was absolutely brilliant.
The hosts were very friendly and caring, great breakfast with attention to detail. Raffles is in a good location, close to the town and the seafront, room was quiet and had cosy feeling to it.

The proximity to the shore makes it easy to enjoy morning strolls, sunset walks, or a quick bite while exploring the nearby seafront attractions. The property offers a Full English or Irish breakfast each morning, a proven way to start a busy day of sightseeing. The allergy free design adds value for guests with sensitivities, ensuring a more predictable and comfortable stay for everyone. For families and travelers who travel with children, the hotel outlines clear policies designed to set expectations. The minimum age for check in is 21, which helps create a mature, relaxed atmosphere in the building. Children older than five are welcome, and there is a note that cots and extra beds are not available in all configurations; the hotel emphasizes that total occupancy should be planned with these constraints in mind. The clear approach to occupancy helps families plan a stay that fits their needs without surprises at check in. Those planning a multi room stay should note that different policies and supplements may apply when booking more than three rooms, a practical detail for larger groups. Beyond the room and the breakfast, Raffles Hotel is a straightforward choice for travelers seeking a central Blackpool experience. The on site bar offers a simple, convivial space to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and free WiFi ensures guests can stay connected while they explore.
