Spent a week here with family, absolutely amazing accommodation, totally exceeded our expectations. We arrived later than expected due to traffic. The reception had closed, but the staff had made a courtesy call to let us know where our keys were, and our welcome pack was waiting in our accommodation.

Stayed here over the weekend with our family and what a great site. Was warmly welcomed by the staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. The cabins themselves were spotless and very comfortable like home from home. The site though mostly closed due to the season looks again well maintained and clean we liked this site so much we booked a weeks break away again in July in one of the log cabins and cannot wait. Big thanks to Monica who was nothing but helpful and informative and also great with my young children which has made our decision to come back again thank you Monica and all the staff.. Warmest regards the lear family

Jacqueline 10.0

The location was amazing. Peaceful, tranquil and relaxing but only 10/15 minutes away from Blackpool, with grocery shops and takeaway shops only being a 5 minute drive. I was with my daughter, 2 teenage granddaughters and 3yr old grandson who was fascinated with the wildlife residents - a flock of geese!!. We all absolutely loved the hottub too. We had a busy, fun-filled weekend and it was lovely to go 'home' at night to our own space and relax. Definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends

Everything was superb and very lovely holiday hot tub lodge site. Less than 10 minutes to Blackpool which we really enjoyed visiting. The 3 bedroom lodge was so lovely and warm. Dish washing tablets, kitchen roll and toilet rolls, sponge and cleaning cloth was provided. Good thing I took washing up liquid, and shower gels plus shampoo because that was not provided. Comfy beds , towels provided. We enjoyed the walk around the lake and saw different types of accommodation. Our two little ones enjoyed playing at the kid's park. Thank you very much.

About This Hotel

Ream Hills Holiday Park sits in the Blackpool area, offering a calm escape less than a short drive from central attractions. The property is set on Ream Hills Farm, Mythop Road, Weeton, providing a peaceful base while you explore the coast and nearby sights. With only two lodges on site, the park feels intimate and easy to navigate, making it a great choice for small families, couples or groups seeking a simple, self-catering stay in a rural setting close to Blackpool’s main draw cards. Inside each lodge you will find a well laid out living space designed for relaxed, practical living. Every unit includes a kitchen equipped for self-catering, a dining area for at least a few people and a lounge seating arrangement where you can settle in for a movie night on the flat-screen TV. The obvious appeal here is the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, enjoy casual dining in your lodge and return to a private living area after a day out. The two lodges offer a straightforward, comfortable layout that makes it easy to spread out, unwind and share time together without a rigid hotel routine. Location matters, and Ream Hills Holiday Park delivers. It is seven kilometres from the heart of Blackpool’s entertainment district, putting you within reach of the Winter Gardens Conference Centre and the Grand Theatre for evenings of culture or shows. For families and groups looking to balance sightseeing with downtime, the ability to park up on site and enjoy a short drive to the city’s iconic promenades and family-friendly attractions is a real plus. Accommodation focuses on practical comfort. Each lodge provides a self-catering kitchen so you can shop locally and cook meals as a family, offering a cost-effective alternative to dining out every night. The dining area gives you space to share meals or play board games, while the lounge offers a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring nearby beaches, parks or theatre performances. While there isn’t a hotel-style restaurant on site, the emphasis on self-catering makes it easy to tailor meals to your group’s tastes and dietary needs, a real advantage for families travelling with children or guests with specific preferences. Families will appreciate the flexible approach to occupancy. The property accommodates up to six guests and welcomes children of all ages. The policy highlights that all cots and extra beds are subject to availability and that the maximum capacity is six guests. There is no capacity for additional beds beyond what is offered, and there are provisions around cot use and existing beds for younger travellers. For guests planning a larger party, the ability to stay together across two lodges can help maintain cohesion and ease during a holiday. Practicalities are straightforward here. WiFi is available in some lodge spaces, offering a convenient option for staying connected or planning days out. Free private parking on site is available, removing the worry of finding convenient parking during your stay. The property operates with a check-in window from 16:00 to 19:00 and a check-out window from 09:00 to 10:00, providing a clear and simple schedule to plan your days. Note that the minimum check-in age is 21, so this is a responsible and family-friendly option for adults travelling with younger companions. Pet policy is strict here with pets not allowed, which helps keep the environment quiet and suitable for guests who prefer a pet-free holiday. This is complemented by the family-oriented policies around children and cots, making the property a practical choice for families seeking a low-stress, self-catering break near Blackpool’s major sights. Overall, Ream Hills Holiday Park is ideal for travelers who value flexibility, privacy and simple comfort. It suits couples seeking a quiet base from which to explore the Blackpool area, families wanting room to spread out and cook together, and small groups looking for a practical, budget-conscious option with easy access to local culture and coast. If you value self-catering convenience, on-site parking, and a straightforward, friendly setup close to Blackpool’s top destinations, this pair of lodges offers a dependable, relaxing retreat with practical amenities and a clear, welcoming approach.
