Guest Reviews
Location, breakfast and staff.
Great location, great breakfast and very kind staff
Location was excellent, rooms very comfortable, staff very helpful
Location, period property, great breakfast
Staff and service was excellent Central location - close to all major attractions Lovely rooms
Amazing location very friendly staff fabulous breakfast and a beautiful building very clean
The room was perfect. The front desk and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.
Interesting historic building. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff.
When I am in IST, I choose this hotel because I feel at home. The entire staff is very kind and helpful, and as a regular customer, they make sure to assign me my favourite room. I really appreciate the wine and dried fruit in the room as a welcome back gift and the assistance in organising airport pick-up and drop-off. The breakfast, both continental and American, is excellent and offers a wide choice. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The hotel conveys the historical heritage of the building (well maintained and renovated). The strategic location in Eminonu allows you to visit the spice bazaar, Blue Mosque and Galata Bridge immediately. Suitable for business, leisure and family trips. Whenever I have the opportunity to stop in Istanbul during my numerous transits, I definitely stay at Regie Ottoman, where I feel at home. Grazie - Çok teşekkürler.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area in Istanbul's Historic Center, within walking distance to most historical sights. It is located just behind the famous Spice Bazaar. Sirkeci station and Galata Bridge are also within a couple of minutes away on foot. Hotel staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. A varied buffet breakfast is served every morning. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel is in a good location and the room and the hotel's public areas are beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly.
The Hotel is fantastic and the staf the best we love it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A wonderful hotel in a great location. Really friendly, helpful staff. The reception desk arranged very efficient airport transfers, shows and Hamman trips. Very good breakfast. All of the attractions we visited were within walking distance of the hotel so didn't need to use public transport. The traffic is slow moving and so walking is quicker than taking a taxi. A very interesting historic building that has been converted well to a hotel.
Good location. Interesting rooms. Front desk staff very helpful
beautifully appointed interiors, pillow options, amenities in room, bath tub, location, cleanliness
We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful desk manager. We did not like the room we were assigned and the next day they switched us to a beautiful room. Very quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of fruit, savouries and breads.
Great location, friendly staff
The staff were terrifically helpful - there was an issue with the sink in our room on arrival and the manager kindly upgraded us to a lovely suite. They put a topper on my bed to make it softer, and found extra pillows and towels on request. The decor is very pleasant, and there's a nice coffee shop at the entrance. Internet is consistently good. Breakfast is fine and varied, and best of all was the help given to us by the concierge Gokhan who went out of his way to help us plan our limited time, and to book restaurants for us. He actually walked us to the tram stop, and helped us to buy our transport cards, really kind of him. Another staff member actually walked us round to one of the restaurants. They couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant. I would certainly recommend the hotel for all these reasons and for the excellent location near to major sites of interest.
Perfectly located in Istanbul near to the main attractions The staff is very lovely and supporting; in particular George helped us in organizing several activities. They were very nice and made a cake for my mom’s birthday.
Beautiful hotel, with stunning furnishings and decor. We loved this hotel, with the thoughtful features and exceptional staff. Amazing location near to key sites, transport and restaurants.

Breakfast appears in the gallery as a buffet option, and the property highlights a variety of dining spaces including a lounge or bar area where guests can unwind with a drink after a day of sightseeing. The dining program is complemented by well placed seating areas and a convivial atmosphere, making meals part of the cultural journey rather than a routine interruption. Wellness and relaxation opportunities are woven into the guest experience. The unuploaded photo set references a fitness centre and a sauna, as well as spa facilities and massage options. This means guests can recharge after long days of sightseeing with a workout, a steam or sauna session, or a soothing massage.
