We visited Rixos Park Resort, Antalya, for our anniversary. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming, they handed us the key to our room very quickly, and we appreciated that a lot, especially that we arrived after a long and tiring journey. The staff had the room super clean and tidy, with lots of surprises, for our anniversary. We spent 5 days there, and enjoyed each day; very clean place, delicious food and superior service. I must mention Ms Eda & Ms Zaliha, who handled our issues the best way possible. We absolutely recommend the place for other guests, and we will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Rixos Park was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s location is great, and the sea was very enjoyable for families with small children. From the moment we entered the room, everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly organized. The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help. The breakfast and food variety were very good in terms of value for money. The cocktails at the bars were excellent — special thanks to Aslıhan and Mustafa at the lobby bar for their warm hospitality, and to Zineb from guest relations for calling us every day to check if we needed anything. The pool and other facilities were well-maintained, providing a peaceful holiday atmosphere. We felt the Rixos quality in every detail and will definitely come back! 🥳

It was a very nice experience despite the very hot and humid weather. All staff including buggy drivers, assistants at the reception, kitchen and spa personnel, housekeeping and Bell attendant made it easy to enjoy the resort. Special thanks to Zineb Demertaș from guest relations who made an extra effort to accommodate all our needs at all times. We especially enjoyed the buffet, the food was fresh and delicious. The variety of dishes and the live kitchen made it one of the best buffet we ever had worldwide.

I recently stayed at Rixos Park Belek and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with everything close by and easily accessible, making it very convenient for guests. The grounds and facilities were also well maintained and pleasant. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the service I received from Zainab Demertash from Guest Relations. From the moment I arrived, Zainab went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. What impressed me most was her ability to anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests with both efficiency and warmth. Even in moments when I felt a bit frustrated with some issues, her attitude and assistance made a big difference. Zainab truly embodies what exceptional hospitality should look like, and I want to sincerely thank her for her efforts — she made my stay memorable.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel and a truly wonderful experience! The buffet was delicious 😋, and both the swimming pool and beach were calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing. There were so many enjoyable activities for the kids, which made the stay even more special for the whole family. A special thanks to the Guest Relations team—they took great care of us from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They were attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any concerns or provide orientation upon arrival. Big thanks to Zainab from the team for her outstanding support and warm hospitality!.

The fiod was great. The hotel is all inclusive and the quality of food is great. The drinks are also good. There is icecream as well.
