We’ve been guests of Rixos Premium hotels for the past three years and have always had fantastic experiences — first in Tekirova and now, for the first time, in Belek. As expected, the hotel offers extraordinary facilities, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service throughout. However, the dinner reservation system could use improvement. The requirement to book à la carte restaurants through the app at 10:00 am simply doesn’t work as intended — the app consistently crashes due to heavy traffic, making it very difficult to secure a booking. Thankfully, the concierge team — especially Elena, Ana, and Arda — were very supportive and helped us find solutions whenever possible. A special thank-you goes to Aytullah, the manager of the Turkish restaurant, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Overall, despite the frustration with the booking system, our stay has once again been memorable, and we continue to appreciate the Rixos standard of hospitality.

The ‘take away’ / food court food was not up to standard. There should be some sort of food served at the pool. Perhaps burgers

Huge and gorgeous territory of the hotel, personnel was very kind and helpful. A la carte restaurants (Asian, Turkish and Greek) are must visit places! Our assistant Elena is just a fairy trying to make our vacation as much as comfortable as it was! She was promptly responding to our questions on WhatsApp which was a good help. I was impressed of our extended stay at no charge until evening at the hotel room but it wouldn't be happened without Elena's help, of course!

The facilities were designed for our relaxation and enjoyment. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a brilliant time. I was sad to return home. Beautiful!

location of the property is good with beach . they have private beach access and huge swimming pools with lots of sun loungers . lots of restaurants and bars and some open 24hrs . we came here not to travel anywhere outside during our stay, which means 4days we stayed here we wanted to stay in and be in the resort and still we couldn’t reach everywhere , that means its a very huge property with lots of things to do. i felt very relaxed and want to definable come back again .

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Special thanks to Attila Pollat and Serdar Muhibi who were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We liked it in general, however nothing is as special as marketed.

Food was excellent, particularly in the à la carte restaurants. There is lots to do and it is very relaxed, even though it was super busy when we went. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely large beds around the pools with great waiter service. Really enjoyed the LoL water park.
