Romance Istanbul Hotel Boutique Class

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable

10/10 accomodation. We have been travelling for 7 weeks and the staff were the most friendliest, accommodating and helpful we have come across. It had everything we could have asked for and more. The daily cleans of our rooms were so nice to come back to and they really went that extra mile. Thankyou!

Excellent location, pleasant staff, good breakfast

The location was excellent to explore the historic center. The staff in reception were very helpful.

Location is perfect, Room was comfortable and cozy and staff is great.

Would absolutely stay again. The hotel offers great value for money, and feels very luxurious without being ostentatious. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were cosy and comfy! Brilliant location, very central

Location, food, staff were amazing. The facilities were lovely and the decor thought was fascinating- we learnt a lot by reading the wall murals. The robes and towels were comfy and made the swimming much easier. Generally a beautiful hotel In an amazing place!

The location was amazing, the breakfast was tasty and had a mix of buffet items or items that were made to order. Staff were so friendly and helpful even when I made a mistake on booking the transfer they helped sort it out. The hotel and rooms themselves were gorgeous and very carefully decorated. The beds were comfy and facilities were good- water tea and coffee in room. The swimming pool and sauna was good, you need to use swim caps but these can be purchased cheaply at the spa! So central, right next to Gulhane park and a few minutes from a tram stop and maybe 8 minutes from the metro. Walking distance to lots of sights

Great location right on the transit line! Close to many must see places and some hidden gems. The room was nice, clean and cozy! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They booked our shuttle to the airport and found us a wonderful guide to show us the city and educate us on the culture and customs.

Awesome location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Suite with separate bedroom

The hotel’s service is exceptional. They helped us to load and unload luggage. The location is perfect so we can visit the attractions when the large groups of visitors haven’t arrived. And they even gave me a birthday surprise.

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the interior design and decorations! When I'm in Istanbul I want to feel like I'm in Istanbul, not in a modern box room. Beautiful large room, super comfortable bed, and large bathroom. Great location and friendly and helpful staff!

Location

Dry well located comfortable and well maintained hotel. The staff were very helpful. Altogether an excellent stay.

In the heart of town - we were able to walk to all the major sites and easy public transport to those further afield. Loved coming home to the pool, sauna or steam room to relax before heading out for a local dinner.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the most important places for a first time Istambul visitor. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are nice. The bed was SOOO comfortable. The hammam is so good, try to save some time to enjoy it.
