A szállás csendes utcában van, jól lehetett aludni. A recepciósok kedvesek, segítőkészek.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price , room was clean and comfy it feels like a home I liked the location it's near marmaray , metro yenicape , bus, tramway aksaray stop , staff was very helpful and nice check in and check out went smooth and they upgraded my room for free , there was no elevator but they helped with luggage , i didn't take breakfast so i don't know about it .

The hotel is clean and perfectly located in the city center, close to all means of transportation. It matches the description and photos. The welcome was more than warm and the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly — I really loved it. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely book here again.

PRO: ** The reception staff were kind, polite, and always willing to help — even when it was clear some issues weren’t their responsibility. * The location is great: close to public transport (tram, bus, metro), making it easy to get around the city. * There are supermarkets, cafes, and places to eat nearby — convenient and accessible. * The price was fair for the area — a good choice for a low budget. * The bed sheets and furniture were clean, which I appreciated given the overall budget conditions. * The dark curtains helped block out early morning light, which made it easier to sleep even after sunrise (around 5 AM).
