Apartment was clean and well equipped.

Didem, the host was extremely helpful and amazing. Our check in took a few minutes which we were grateful for after arriving from Pamukalle a four hour trip. She went the extra mile to supply us with a microwave( which Antalya apartments do not supply) and a toaster a day after our request. She also organized a metered taxi to Antalya airport at 12:30 am the morning which costs us 675lira. The apartment is new with fully fitted kitchen with new utensils, gas stove, washing machine, huge fridge, dishwasher and many more. The pillows, towels, matress and bedding was of amazing quality. The cherry on top was the speed of the wifi, absolutely fantastic. The supermarkets and restaurants were a minute walk from the apartment. The mosque is opposite the apartment and we loved hearing the athan. The beach was a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment, it felt like a home away from home. She has the most delightful parents who was extremely friendly. We would definitely return to Rose Residence when we visit Antalya again.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend: Zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Einkauf für den täglichen Bedarf sehr bequem macht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Erkundung der Stadt unglaublich einfach macht. Die Restaurants, die nur 10 Minuten entfernt sind, bieten eine hervorragende Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Nähe zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, die in nur 12 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Es war ein Genuss, so schnell und einfach an einem der besten Strände Antalyas zu sein. Das Gebäude selbst ist von höchster Qualität. Alles wirkt neuwertig, und die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut durchdacht, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel macht. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnanlage wird von einer Familie betrieben, was man an der herzlichen und persönlichen Betreuung merkt. Zusätzlich ist die Anlage sehr sicher und modern, was uns ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit gab. Sollten wir wieder nach Konyaaltı kommen, wäre die Rose Residence definitiv unsere erste Wahl. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Spacious, with all facilities required. Very clean and Didem is a great, helpful host. AC in all rooms were great during the hot times we visited. Also, window blinds that create pitch black were welcomed. Decent distance to points of interest (beach, shop, bus stations).

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotless, practically brand new, and perfectly located just 15 minutes by walk from our favourite beach club in Konyaalti. The neighbourhood was great, with plenty of breakfast spots, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets just around the corner. The highlight of our stay was the hostess. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and making us feel truly welcome. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Antalya!

We recently stayed at this apartment and had an incredible experience. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and it’s only 10-15min walking to the beach. The apartment itself is cozy, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, also it was super clean! Also, I want to say a few words about the host family. They are super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need, that made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Antalya!

Great location surrounded with lots of supermarkets and close to the sea, amazing host Didem, all apartment are new, we had just fantastic time here.

We had the pleasure to stay in Rose Residence and it did meet all of our needs! Great location as it is very quiet there and well known restaraunts, grocery stores, the beach and Antalya's family and child oriented attractions can be reached within a very short time. The rooms are very clean and tidy, equipped with all of the furniture and appliances that you would need for your stay. Expect to be welcomed by a warm hearted and friendly host :)

It a very cozy place. Very kind and helpful landlord Didem. Everyting is new, apartment, kitchen, washing mashine, dishwasher, diches. Friendly dog Yuki;-) * As I said, everythin is new. * Internet is about 40 Mb/s. * Air conditioners in all rooms. * Washing mashine * Dishwasher * TV with Youtube/Netflix. You can forget yout Apple/Android TV at home:) * Gas instide with gas stove and radiators. * Water pressure is very good. * The mosque opposite - not a problem with sounds * Quiet streets with lemons, oranges and mandarins. * Pide, Ekmek, Kasap - very close

Absolutely new shining building with stylish and fresh apartments! The apartments are thoughtfully designed having everything needed for mid/long-term stay, including the cleaning equipment, a rich kitchen set, storage space, and a very decent bathroom. This is most convenient place to stay with family and to make your wife happy! The apartment style is great with contemporary gray-and-white coloring, giving you the feeling of space, freedom and easiness every day no matter how long have you stayed here. I found landlords very friendly and supportive when we needed help; I was surprised how quick a jammed door lock can be fixed! I also valued Konyaalti district and the surroundings for a family stay with several children playgrounds being located in 3 min walk from the building. The surroundings have everything for the long stay with several grocery stores, and quite good Carrefour supermarket in 5 min walk. All in all, I had my best impression of a family vacation with Rose Residence!

We like modern, large, comfortable apartment with a lot of light and thoughtful kitchen equipment where you can find everything you need. Close to stores, bus connection, markets and sea beach. Very nice and well -kept garden at the residence. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
