The location of the hotel was perfect, near to all major attractions. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and helpful. The day of my departure, I was not feeling well. I was allowed a late checkout as my flight was in the evening.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with all key attractions within walking distance. Although my room was situated on the top floor and the building lacked an elevator, the receptionist graciously assisted me with my luggage. I found the room to be spotless. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the staff's kindness and helpfulness more than compensated for this. In particular, Emrah went above and beyond by facilitating communication with the travel agency for my taxi booking to the airport, as they did not speak English.
