I liked the manager. And the location.
Everything: location, room size, terrace with an amazing view on Istanbul, how it was clean and quiet, friendly staff, good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Comfortable room, well decorated Great Location - a few mins walk from Tram station, ferry port and the Grand Mosque. Friendly staff
Sayeban Gold was very comfortable, close to all ammenities. Walking distance to all the must see sights. The owners were so friendly, experienced and very helpful with what ever request you may have.
Like last time I liked everything. It was for my parents so everything was great as I expected.
The location is very central, but it's not a busy street, so it was perfect. The staff was super nice . Breakfast was incredible every morning, and that view!
The hotel is at the perfect location , just few meters from Hagia Sofia and Gulhane park, but at the same time on so calm and quiet small street. There is also a tram stop nearby. The view from the terrace towards Bosphorus is outstanding at night. The breakfast is also served there. The breakfast is typical Turkish and super tasty and plentiful ( with made for you omellette) 😋. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. They leave you water every day in the rooms, which is a small, but so important and nice gesture. The upgraded rooms are a better choice. All the staff is super friendly and especially Musa with whom I was in contact by mail, answered all my questions and perfectly solved a problem with the invoice. BIG THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Definitely RECOMMEND and if I return back in Istanbul will be your guest again! 😊
Friendly Staff! Lots of breakfast options and overall pleasant stay.
I think what places Sayeban above the rest is their honest and sincere service.! We had to leave for Konya and I didn't realize I left my ring for days after checking out. They kept it well and so were our luggages after we came back to Istanbul. The view from the breakfast terrace was also exceptional. Also, we came back to our room with fresh towels and clean bedsheets. Thank you Musa and Jaafar and to your staffs! 👍🤗
Very nice area, the staff its very friendly and helped us with a change of room at no extra charge. The breakfast its absolutely fantastic and the view from their terrace its just magnificent. Highly recommended, it’s worth every penny but just book the deluxe room because the basic its pretty old.
The owner Mr. Musa and his family are genuinely happy in helping guests to enjoy visiting Istanbul. Besides the hotel being clean, comfortable with an amazing full breakfast choices every day, it is a short distance walk from most historical places in the area. I took his advice and was picked up from the hotel to experience an amazing Hamam place. I was pampered like a queen🤴🏽This is one of my favorite places to visit.
Friendly staff.
Great location with a nice breakfast including view over the city. Clean rooms with nice decoration. Very friendly people
The staff is quiet and very friendly. Location excellent, in the center, close to the main attractions. View of the Bosphorus with breakfast. The rooms are cleaned every day.
Our stay at the Sayeban Gold Hotel went very well! The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served is traditional, delicious, high-quality, and very generous. The rooms are comfortable and clean (tidied up and refreshed every day). We would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay in Istanbul so enjoyable! Manon and Paul
