Lots of activities, convenient for the beach, friendly accommodating staff (Hade at reception, and Alba during dinner service).

We liked the several services of this resort and how comfortable our stay at the hotel was. The food was incredible and the staff were amazing. The rooms had everything. This hotel is like a small loving society in a superb location.

Good location, good food and drinks and nice staff.

First of all, the staff is really nice and helpful. All of them can speak a little Russian, English, Deutsch, so no issues with communication. Next, the location that is right next to the seashore and you can easily go via underground tunnel. The hotel has many options when it comes to food and drinks. I prefer dietary choices, so I was surprised to find boild fish, meat.

The food spread was really good across the day with the all-inclusive. The night time events were enjoyable.

The hotel is well situated on the sea front with both its own pools and a tunnel under the road directly to the beach and the hotel sun loungers. It is a pebble beach but not difficult to access the sea which was warm in September, plenty of people swimming all day. The room was well designed , bed was comfortable , and quiet after the pool bar entertainment stopped between 23.30- midnight. We slept very well. The restaurant was well managed with a good range of fresh and cooked foods , plenty of staff keeping the tables free, areas to eat both inside and outside. Standard range of drinks for a full board option. The hotel is on the beach promenade and a street perpendicular with a number of bars and restaurants so it is possible to go for a walk in the evening. There is a Taxi rank just outside the hotel so easy to pick up a ride for the return to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful with a guest relations desk very useful for all questions. Overall we had a nice stay and can recommend.

We stayed here in September 2025 with our big family and kids. It’s a great hotel for children — you can easily go everywhere with a stroller. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, and the rooms are cleaned twice a day. There’s a good entertainment program and food for every taste

I liked the variation of the food - multiple types of Asian food and Western food, even with thematic daily variation I liked the lobby areas - large couches and chairs, with tall ceilings and a lot of breathable space; excellent for hanging out both during the day and in the evening. I liked the location - close to the beach, with a dedicated area for the hotel and easy access via a tunnel from the hotel. The seaside is silent and it is pretty clean. Room cleaning services were pretty good - fresh towels every time, no lack of hygiene products, room pretty clean every day. I liked the variation of the beverages. The ones in the all-inclusive package were good enough for the price. I liked the karaoke show, though I wish it was longer.

Location of this hotel is beautiful! It is right next to beach, connected with the tunnel so you don't have to cross the street (if you don't want to). Hotel is perfectly clean and all the corridors smell like baby powder. Staff is super friendly and very helpful for anything you might need. It is all inclusive concept so you have variety of food during the whole day (the night included) so you can snack at any point aside from long windows for main courses. There is a mini bar at the end of the beach tunnel and at the pool where you can also grab drinks for the beach, cakes and staff is sharing icecreams while you are at the beach. I had a beautiful room with the sea view and sunrises and sunsets without anything blocking the view. It is like that for all the rooms facing the sea but balconies from side seem to have good view, too. I highly recommend this hotel and it will be my choice for every next stay.
