Guest Reviews
The hotel was within a short walk of all the main sites and to public transport. Old style elegant hotel with very welcoming and charming staff who were able to help me plan to make the most of my two days in Istanbul. Great breakfast on a gorgeous roof terrace with excellent views to the water. Also good view from my room.
The location of Sebnem Hotel is the biggest pro of the hotel. Located directly next to the Topkapi palace, Aya Sofia and The Blue Mosque, you can easily explore Istanbul from here!
We chose this hotel because of its location as we only had 2 days in Istanbul. It was just as described. The location was perfect for visiting all the main sites by foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast (not included in the price) was excellent and very generous, and the terrace has a great view of the Bosphorus.
The property was very functional.
The staff are the real gem of this hotel - Ali and Jacob gave us valuable information about the area and city, made sure we were comfortable at all times, and offered help with other services. The rooms are small and fairly basic, but very comfortable - the beds are very comfortable. There was some noise over the weekend, but seeing as the hotel is located so centrally it's to be expected. Fantastic view from the terrace.
Jacob and Ali were fantastic hosts! From the first moment they were super friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were also very charming, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a walking distance from the main sights and good restaurants. All our family had a lovely time where and we look forward to coming back!
The hotel is perfectly located near all the main sightseeing spots — just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, especially during breakfast and while enjoying tea at sunset — truly unforgettable moments! Thank you so much Ali and Abdallah.
It was roomy & clean in the room. I especially like the terrace with beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Was a great place to relax after a busy day out.
Perfect location to get to main attractions within just a few minutes. The neighbourhood is very quiet and it is easy to get there from the airport. Our hosts were extremely helpful and the breakfast the hotel serves is versatile and plentiful. I highly recommend this place.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; the room was tidy and cozy.
