Perfect Stafff

Its perfect for family stays, no need to squeeze in one bedroom hotels, here you have your own kitchen, washing machine etc so its 100 times better than hotel stay with hotel comfort everyday cleaning and dity up service is there, you can rent your car and everyday staff park it to the basement for you, perfect location, trully recommended!!

Beautiful room and layout Extremely comfy bed Excellent housekeeping - very attentive Beautiful balcony view Good size kitchen and fridge area - practical I got it discounted so great value All the staff were friendly and polite, especially night staff was genuinely friendly Nice clean pool, also brilliant to see a women’s only session twice a week

It has to be measured according to the offered class.

Actually Serenity Suits deserves higher score than the actual. It has to be measured according to the offered class. To start with that all descriptions and pictures demonstrated the actual situation, this is not a lux, but it was never claimed to be offered. When you visit the city for medical reason, and if you need to stay more in the room, indeed the size is important. For our purposes the location was very convenient, max 10 min by taxi or shuttle to hospital. The staff is very helpful and friendly - front desk and chamber ladies. Every day we had cleaning and towel changed. We liked also the room service and the food itself. No issues with communication. Parking lot in internal garage was great solution for us and we did not bother to use the car in heavy city traffic. Internet was also good. The noise insulation works and we have not been bothered by external noises. For whom it is interesting - on our small street about 300 m north, there is a good pharmacy store with helpful personnel - if you do not find something, they can order for you for same or next day. But there like 5-6 more pharmacies around - up to Fatih street. And we extended the initial 8 nights with one more to leave by car the city traffic on Sunday. It was a good decision. We have not tried fitness and spa.

I like the kindness of the staff and always willing to help. I like having a cleaner for my apartment everyday. I like that you had everything I needed for my two week stay.

Very helpful staff

Very nice and clean hotel and all the staff are great especially the reception staff

We have been there several times and we are very satisfied with the facilities, the cleaning and the behavior of the staff. The staff is very nice and helpful, id like to thank them for helping my father who was in wheelchair.

Excellent experience and very friendly staff members 👍

They have underground parking garage, the room was spacious and very comfortable.
