Seven Hills Palace & Spa

Location was fantastic, under a 10 minute walk to the main square of Istanbul to explore tourist landmarks. Access to the spa (sauna & steam) for free was a very welcome treat & the uniqueness of the hotel was great.

Great location, good size rooms.

Breakfast was very good as were the staff.

Great staff. Clean, comfortable. Close to major sites We stayed at the hotel one night, went on Greek cruise and then returned to hotel for five nights. The first room we stayed in was exceptional. There were two features I have never seen in the 100 plus hotels I have stayed in before. There was a sliding drawer with a fold up ironing board. My wife loved that. Also the " magic mirror" on the dresser was also a TV screen! The staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful and receptive.

Cleaning, location, staff

I loved everything! The pool was just lovely and it was nice to have the breakfast area there too. Breakfast was excellent - loads of choice and very tasty. I loved the location as was on a quiet street but 2 minutes walk to all the restaurants. Also close to the water so perfect for a daily run!! Staff could not be nicer or more helpful. My first room smelt a little but they changed it immediately with no fuss. Absolutely loved this hotel - will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Staff is great, very polite and helpful. Hotel's location is perfect, in a minute you are near Blue Mosque and tram station for the rest of the city. Breakfast is good and the bed is fantastic 😊

Location to the tourist part of Istanbul was brilliant. Also being right by the water was convenient to get out for a refreshing walk. The Hammam, Steam and Sauna was excellent.

Excellent staff, especially the porters and restaurant staff. Fantastic breakfast and dinner.

The location was perfect for someone who wants to do lots of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made sure you are always happy. The room was great value for the money paid and was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent staff with special mention to Sedat who super engaging, and also Erhan. Breakfast was excellent, clean room, comfy bed, good pool and very good location.
