I have stayed at several locations in Kaleici, but since chancing upon Sibel Pansyon/Hotel a few years ago I have always returned only there. A quiet oasis superbly located in the centre of the hubbing night life old town district, with a friendly and welcoming hostess and staff, comfortable clean rooms, excellent breakfast in the shady central courtyard, what more could one wish for ?
