Уютный семейный отель, в номере чисто, питание супер, есть собственный пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля, персонал дружелюбный, отдыхали в конце октября, погода днём+26, ночью +16. Отель ориентирован в основном на туристов из Германии, но это никак не мешает для туристов из России, wi-fi платный 3 евро в неделю что совсем приемлимо, в общем всё понравилось, обязательно вернёмся снова.

Отель новый, незаезженный). Сделан в современном дизайне, хотя и не из дорогих материалов. Для нас важно было отсутствие детей и аннимации. Отель не большой, что тоже для нас важно. Также спасибо, что не долбила "музыка" в течение дня. Кстати, вид из всех номеров превосходный. Публика вполне приличная. Питание - норм - и мясо, и рыба, и овощи. В СПА Серкар делает массаж на отлично. Отдельно хочется отметить отношение всего персонала - неподдельно радушное, очень отзывчивое. На пляже отеля всегда были свободные лежаки, в столовой столпотворения нет от слова "совсем".

Отличный персонал,отзывчивый,внимательный,всегда улыбчивый.Кухня просто невероятная,блюда разнообразные,на любые предпочтения,свежие овощи,фрукты,а десерты-это просто шедевры.

В отеле были первый раз. Отличный новый городской отель с опцией "всё включено". На всей территории отеля было очень чисто В номере сантехника в отличном состоянии, всегда необходимый напор горячей воды. Прилагаются чайник, чайные пакетики, кофе, воду ставили каждый день. Персонал просто чудесный. От горничных, которые убирали номер каждый день и постоянно "крутили лебедей", до сотрудников на ресепшене и официантов. Двое официантов знают немецкий и русский языки (запомнили только одного по имени Resul, огромное ему спасибо за внимание ), еще с одним объяснялись на английском. Персонал - клиентоориентированный, всегда можно донести, что ты хочешь даже без знания иностранных языков. Красивый боковой вид на город и море (жили на 4-м этаже). Свой пляж на море, до которого от отеля легким шагом 10 минут. Кто неравнодушен к истории - в Сиде огромный бонус в виде античного города, до которого неспеша по красивой набережной доходили за 30 минут. Еда разнообразная, мясо, рыба практически каждый день. Из фруктов были яблоки, арбуз, несколько дней апельсины. Также несколько дней давали мороженное. Голодными точно не останетесь. Развлечений в виде дискотек нет, это в другие отели. Вай-фай летает (но услуга платная). Цена-качество отеля соответствует.

saubere und wirklich gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Flachbild-TV; Wir mögen harte Betten, daher waren wir dort absolut richtig. Wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

Excellent 4star. I spontaneously booked for a week (for work) and I am absolutely delighted by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is very new. I was lucky to have a superb ocean view. I went to some 5 star before but this view is extraordinary for a 4 star. Everything is brand new, the furniture, ACs, TV, lights, the bathroom, etc. The hotel is therefore very clean and has high standards. The guests have a good mix. There are Germans, Dutch, British, Russian, and Turkish, it is well balanced.   The staff was excellent. Mustafa the manager is very courteous and could read any wish from my mind, he was always nice to chat with. I was particularly delighted by the Spa Team. The crew all has expertise in osteopathic medicine, physiology and special wellness therapy, etc. Particularly, Selim is an excellent masseur and very knowledgeable, he showed me some exercises, helped me recover from my chronic neck pain, and I learned a lot. Also, Hamza is an extraordinary masseur with great skills. Ask definitely for both of these guys’ services when there. Not to forget Tolga, who was very attentive and nice to chat with.   I am thankful for the whole crew. You won’t get this kind of attention and service in a 5 star.   The beach is a 5-minute walk, which I liked very much. There are dedicated seats. The gym is well equipped with brand new machines. In summary, this is a very special hotel where the staff and manager know and care about each guest. Not like a mainstream 5 star where guests are dealt with anonymously. Definitely a gem. Will return.
