Guest Reviews
Value for money. Friendly staff. Breakfast included at such a low price is a bonus. Only a few minutes walk from the Yusufpasa tram stop.
The hotel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The check-in is easy. It is around 5 minutes (walking) away from the nearest metro station Yenikapi. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

Good
This is one of my best stays ever. The hotel is central location. Great neighbourhood with all shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. The hotel deserves all the stars 🌟 ✨️. It's super clean, and the breakfast buffet is very generous. The staff is super friendly. Mr. Muslim and the assistant lady are the right people to meet in the morning. They are very warm and smiley. The way they receive guests for breakfast or whenever you come across shows great manners, respect, and professionalism. The night shift gentleman is also very kind and helpful. Special thanks for the soft music during breakfast, it s the best start for the day. We stayed 5 nights, I definitely recommend the place and I will come back whenever I visit Istanbul. Thanks from the heart ❤️

Staff was very very friendly
The staff at this hotel were very helpful. They didn't try to impose anything, they just communicated sincerely and helped a lot. Especially Muslum bey at the reception who can speak good English and Feroza the cleaning lady who can speak Russian. Both of them made a stay very enjoyable Also there's an elevator in the facility. Very helpful if you have luggage.

About This Hotel
Sinem Hotel sits in the Aksaray area of Istanbul, within the historic Fatih district. The property offers a terrace that overlooks the city, giving guests a true sense of place as they step outside and take in the urban landscape. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel, so staying connected is effortless whether you are catching up on work or sharing travel moments with family and friends. The hotel is small but well positioned, featuring 12 rooms that provide the essentials for a comfortable stay. With a compact footprint, Sinem Hotel focuses on a practical, welcoming experience that suits travelers who value location and service just as much as a good night’s rest. Aksaray is a busy, characterful part of Istanbul, and Sinem Hotel places you in the heart of the action. The terrace is a standout feature, offering a relaxed space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The atmosphere is intimate and low-key, ideal for guests who prefer a quieter base with easy access to nearby streets, shops, and eateries. While the property emphasizes a city view from the terrace, it also keeps a clear distinction between the common areas and the comfort of the sleeping spaces. This balance makes Sinem Hotel a practical choice for short breaks and business trips alike. Guest rooms at Sinem Hotel are designed to cover the basics with a focus on comfort. There are 12 rooms in total, each prepared to welcome guests with a clean, uncluttered layout. The photos suggest a modern, well cared for interior with well-made beds and tasteful decor details, reflecting an emphasis on restful nights and a pleasant in-room environment. While the property does not advertise extensive renovation details, the overall impression is of a tidy, functional space that supports a relaxed stay. Given the limited size, guests can expect a straightforward, efficient room experience that keeps things simple yet comfortable. Connectivity is a clear priority at Sinem Hotel. Free WiFi is available in all areas, ensuring guests can work, plan itineraries, or stream entertainment with ease. The 24-hour front desk adds another layer of convenience, offering room service and a dependable point of contact for arrivals, late-night requests, or early departures. This round-the-clock service is particularly valuable for travelers who arrive after regular hours or who prefer the reassurance of constant support throughout their stay. Check-in is available from 14:00 and continues until midnight, while check-out is at noon. The long check-in window provides flexibility for guests arriving at different times and helps to ease travel plans in a busy city. The hotel also offers practical policies geared toward families and travelers who need straightforward rules. Children of any age are welcome, making it a potential option for families and groups, though the hotel notes that there is no capacity for extra beds or cots. The maximum number of guests per room is three, which makes this an ideal choice for couples traveling with a child or small families who want a compact, cost-effective base. For guests arriving by car, public parking is available nearby. Reservations are not required, and the daily rate is 15 EUR. This keeps budgeting simple and provides a predictable option for guests who are exploring by road or planning day trips around the city. The hotel does not prohibit pets, but the policy indicates that pets are not allowed, so travelers with four-legged companions should plan accordingly. There is no minimum age requirement for check-in, and there is no hotel curfew, offering freedom for guests to come and go as they please. Food and beverage options are practical and guest-focused. A buffet breakfast is suggested by the hotel’s photo gallery, illustrating a morning service designed to start the day well. In addition to breakfast, room service is available, reflecting the hotel’s aim to provide convenient dining options without requiring guests to leave the comfort of their room. The presence of a dining area in photos indicates there are opportunities to enjoy meals on-site, while the continuous availability of room service adds another layer of convenience for guests who value flexibility. Sinem Hotel is best suited for travelers who prize location, convenience, and value over a large on-site resort experience. It appeals to solo travelers seeking a central base from which to explore Istanbul, to couples looking for a simple, intimate setting with a city view, and to small families who need a compact, budget-friendly option that can accommodate up to three guests. The terrace view gives a sense of place without compromising comfort, and the free WiFi plus 24-hour reception provide practical reassurance for longer stays or work trips. In terms of surroundings, the hotel emphasizes urban life and a straightforward, efficient experience rather than resort-style amenities. The focus on a city terrace, free connectivity, and round-the-clock front desk support makes Sinem Hotel a reliable launchpad for daily excursions, culinary discoveries, and local neighborhood exploration. For travelers who value practical policies, such as flexible check-in hours and a welcoming stance toward children, this property offers a transparent, easy-to-navigate environment. Overall, Sinem Hotel is an affordable, well-located option in Istanbul that brings together essential comfort, practical services, and a charming city perspective from its terrace. It suits travelers who want a no-fuss base with reliable WiFi, friendly, accessible staff, and the opportunity to enjoy a simple morning meal or a late-night room service offering. If your priority is a clean, comfortable room in a central area with friendly service and clear policies, Sinem Hotel delivers a straightforward, dependable stay.
