The room was well equipped, clean, not small considering being a triple bedroom, the staff were nice and very friendly and helpful, we had issues with a few things on arrival which were immediately fixed and changed to our satisfaction. House keeping lady was nice respectful. The breakfast was very nice on the rooftop of the main hotel, good variety and food was delicious, amazing view, highly recommended as part of the experience. The location is one of its strongest features being located less than 1 minute away from the Sirkeci tramway station and less than 1 min away from the train station, and 5 mins away from the Eminonu Ferry stations, and 5 mins away the Metro station. And 10-15 mins away the Eminonu bus station where you can grab a bus to pretty much anywhere around istanbul. The location is within 1-2 public transportation methods to pretty much anywhere you want to go or anything you want to visit. Also within reasonable walking distance to the Galata bridge, Gulhane park, topkapi palace, hagia sofia, sultan ahmet, grand bazar, spice bazar, and other touristic attractions (with public transportation options for those who don’t like to walk)
