Nice family run hotel in sultanamet. Perfect location and the roof terrace was a bonus. The staff was very nice and helpful and the omelette that was freshly made, for breakfast, was nice and tasty.

The property was very close to many points of interests, so it was very easy to get to various locations such as Hagia Sophia or Sultan Ahmet. Özgür was very kind with us and he helped us with many things, including bringing fresh bread in the morning and fruits during the night.

The strongest point of this hotel is its location. It is situated right in front of the beautiful little Agia Sophia and has a stunning terrace from which you can enjoy the sunset. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent. Beds are very comfortable, and although the hotel appears old, everything is very clean.

Beautiful view from my room over the mosque and to the sea. Huge rooftop patio with awesome photo ops for sunrise and sunset. Really friendly staff that made me feel welcome. AC in room was fast and refreshing.

The rooftop view was facing the Bosphorus sea and it was an amazing sight to view either during the day or evening. The owners were very hospitable and kind. The breakfast was good. Everything was in walking distance (bring good walking shoes lol). Probably will stay here when I visit Istanbul again.

The staff were helpful and friendly and responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. Hanifi's English was excellent and so he was able to help me. The Hotel was out of the way but sooo close to all the major tourist attractions and the water front.

Sofia corner hotel is very well situated and about ten minutes walk to Sultanahmet square with all main attractions like blue mosque, Aya Sofia and Topkapi palace. The tram is also accessible and very good for exploring this amazing city.

Breakfast was very nice and rich. The location was so close to central attractions that we didn't have to use any public transport. Also, the hotel had a hotel cat, "Crazy Sofia", a very cute and nice animal, the personal touch was great.

Really wonderful staff - they were really nice and welcoming. At first I was sceptical about the location, however, it was good for seeing real and historical Istanbul experience. A lot of attractions are near by, around 10 minute walk.
