Sometimes Hotel Taksim

Everything was good. Totally worth it. Very good location close to the main street full of life! Room was so cozy, with plenty of shelves to store clothes and a well-stocked minibar. I felt completely safe in the area, and Faruk was very welcoming. Definitely coming here again.

We liked the room, the host suggested us an upgrade upon arrival which was very nice of him. The room was clean, spacious enough to stay for a couple of days with 2 pieces of luggage. Perfect option for its money.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sometimes Hotel in Istanbul. The owner, who is also the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. He generously upgraded our room and provided us with useful information about the area. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, and housekeeping was done every day. The hotel is perfectly located in a calm neighborhood in central Taksim, just a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, and all the main facilities. The manager even helped us with arranging a taxi to the airport, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend the Sometimes Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul – great service, comfort, and location!

Clean and tidy, very near to all attractions but still quite at night! Our hostess mr. Faroq was super nice and helpful. The place is just perfect, highly recommend.

MR. FARUK WAS A FANTASTIC HOST: ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS AND HE UPGRADED OUR ROOM. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, VERY CLOSE TO ISTIKLAL, BUT ON A QUIET STREET, AND THE BREAKFAST WAS LUSH (SERVED IN THE ROOM)

Absolutely amazing!!! The best host ever, went over and beyond, accommodated all our needs, which were specific... he's actually not just a host, but a tourist guide as well... he's always there for whatever you need, gave us directions and great advice for where to go, how to get there, where and what to eat... BREAKFAST spectacular! Not to mention a photo he took as we were going out and gave us as the best memory to have! Greatest recommendations!

The hotel is amazing. Very comfortable and in an excellent location. Hospitality is also top notch. Faruk is very welcoming, ever willing to help and always greets you with a smile. Will definitely look here again when I’m back in Istanbul and will highly recommend to others looking to visit this wonderful city.

The hotel has a great location. On the one hand, it is quiet but very close the main street where you can find shops and restaurants. A few minutes from the metro station or a bus or a tram. The room was big enough to feel comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and served to the room. The owner was very nice and helpful.
