Lovely breakfast, host's kindness
Location, the owners, cleanliness, punctuality, breakfast variety and its quality, courtesy and communication—everything was great.
The guest house is lovely and very comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood - close to the River Ness. It was a 15-20 minute walk to everything in Centre City. The breakfasts were excellent.
Spacious rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfasts!
The hosts are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The house is beautiful and clean. They offer many amenities. It was an amazing experience staying there! Would definitely recommend.
The hosts were wonderful. Breakfast exceeded expectations.
The couple who own this property were so accommodating. We were even running a little late on the first night stay and they stayed around for longer so that we could checkin. Richard was great in giving us recommendations for us to see in the area, dinner recommendations and the food was incredible for breakfast. They even made accommodations for our dietary needs and provided yummy gluten free options. Breakfast was served in the most beautiful sunroom that had a wonderful view of the back garden that was full of flowers. It was only a short walk into the main part of Inverness, with beautiful river walks only just down the road and free parking out the front of the house. We absolutely loved it and was one of the best B&B we have been to. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Inverness.
Richard was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and well appointed. I particularly liked the luxury bed linen and the home cooked breakfasts were delicious

Richard the owner was an exceptional host. The guest house is lovely with an inviting breakfast area and sitting room. There is a stunning view of their gardens from the breakfast room. Breakfast had hot and cold food and was generous. Richard helped with recommendations and taxi reservation. He and his wife provide superb customer service.
