Amazingly comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Super location. Quick and uncomplicated check-in. LOTS of space for your things. I loved the cubby holes/wall unit for your bits and pieces. Super handy! The whole place felt modern and well thought through. Lots of parking on the street nearby - which wasn't cheap but you can expect that in a big city and the street parking fees were till 6pm only.

The room was very clean and all the basic facilities were provided. There was no radio or tv. Tea/coffee was available on arrival. The staff were brilliant, efficient and very helpful throughout the stay. There were plenty of pubs and food outlets nearby and the centre was a 20 minute walk away.

If I was a student I'd love staying here. Even as a visitor to Edinburgh Fringe Festival it was pretty good. A well-designed studio apartment; bright, modern and spotlessly clean with a functional kitchen. Fab facilities. The staff were standout - very helpful and friendly.

Great facilities, including large common areas, clean and modern. Room was spacious and modern, with small kitchenette and large bathroom. Area surrounded by many great cafes, with bus links into town or an easy 25 minute walk to the old town. Friendly and professional staff available to help.
