Their staff is top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The receptionist helped us check in early and extend our stay. Even when we needed another room due to flight issues and no other rooms available at the hotel, they tried to find us a room in a nearby hotel. We really appreciated that. The terrace view is beautiful, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was delicious. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Sultan Ahmed because of its strategic location, close to the city's attractions and plenty of delicious food nearby.

This hotel's best asset by far is the staff at the Reception desk. They are friendly, incredibly kind and really do their utmost to help with everything! They are amazing people! We booked the economy room. It was clean, spacious, basic, but covered our needs, i.e. air conditioning, kettle, WiFi, TV, private bathroom, towels were changed every day. The location is absolutely perfect! It's next to the Blue Mosque and Agia Sofia. It's within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar.....and also about 30 minutes walk from İstiklal, for shopping, and Taksim Square. We didn't need to use public transport at all The hotel is surrounded by eating places, coffee houses and bars....and also a supermarket. Our special thanks to the Reception staff: Mohammed, Murat and Aiman for doing everything to make our stay enjoyable ! 🙏 P.S. Good luck with your final year of studies Mohammed!
