Is the 2nd time we visited the hotel and it has an amazing location. What made this stay exceptional was the personnel. I forgot a medicine really important back to my country and the personnel helped me very much to get it from Turkey and they brought to hotel even it was Sunday & everything was closed

The location is very good, it’s in the upmarket Beşiktaş neighbourhood not too far away from Taksim square and can easily reach the popular galata, karakoy and sultanahmet areas. The staff were amazing and provided a personal touch to all our needs.

Excellent pool. Staff were incredibly attentive & helpful. Executive suite well worth the 15th floor views & use of the lounge with very good breakfast & 5-7pm happy hour. Concierge desk really informative & helpful. Even stretched our checkout by an hour to make it a great morning without rush before our afternoon flight.
