The room was small, but it was nice and very clean. We were impressed by the warmth, kindness, and overall hospitality provided by Mustafa, Said, and the rest of the team. They were attentive and extremely helpful. I travel frequently, and in terms of service, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you once again to the team for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location near Şişhane station, Tunel and Istiklal Cd. All places in istanbul can be reached quickly. Good amount of restaurants and bars. The staff was real professional and amazing. 24/7 reception. The room was good size, but some may find it a bit small, but for the price, it is amazing. Thanks for free bottled water that was refilled every time room was cleaned.

Amazing hotel! The area where is located is relatively quiet but still around a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and other attractions. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We booked our taxis from-to the airport. We also got few local recommendations. walking distance to the Galata Tower.

Super clean, the room and facility are quite new. Great location, in the center of Beyoglu. The staff are very friendly and responsive. It has 24 hours reception, making us feel very safe to stay here. Our King’s bedroom is spacious and has many windows, which means very bright in the morning. Good shower water, and the bathroom is big. We extended two more days after the first four nights' booking.

Everything was great! What not to love? Very clean, central located, stylish decorated room-keeping old elements of the building which was super cool. Bathroom was also very spacious. What makes it even better is the staff, everyone is very kind, and attentive. Special thanks to our night-shift receptionist Erhan, who helped with anything we needed with his positive personality. Hope we ll make it back soon

The hotel was absolutely beautiful – stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location in Beyoğlu was perfect for exploring Istanbul, with great restaurants, cafés, and shops just around the corner. The staff (Mustafa) was warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Rooms nice, clean and with all the necessary amenities. Access to the city center and important historical and cultural sites was easy with public transportation but also on foot. The personnel autentically gentle and helpful. Staying at SYKAI Hotel was a great pleasure that I would be happy to repeat!

Excellent stay very close to the hustle and bustle of the area and less than 5min walk to the Galata Tower. The train station was around the corner. Lots of cafes, eateries and bars nearby too.

The hotel is very new, has an elevator, and is very clean. I cooked for two nights and didn't feel noisy. Please book a large room, it will definitely be more comfortable
