Great location and great staff.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We mostly talked with Mannan, and he was great! Answering our questions and giving us great recommendations! He helped us have a better vacation!

Good location and comfortable bed, they got everything I needed.

It was completely same as its pictures but it has narrow stairs. It is perfect location if you want to see Taksim Sq. . The staff help you to carry luggage.

The highlight of my stay at the hotel was undoubtedly the incredible staff, especially Mahmet (Manon), the receptionist. His exceptional communication skills and genuine dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed made our experience truly memorable. He constantly checked in, offered helpful guidance, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Without Manon, the hotel would feel incomplete—so thank you, Manon, for bringing life and warmth to my stay. I must also mention Mohamed, who ensured every corner of the hotel was impeccably clean, and Ali, the kind-hearted soul at the door, whose radiant smile brightened each day. These amazing individuals truly elevated my experience.

It was very, very clean the stafe was very helpful and friendly . The location was in the heart of the town. Not too far from taksim Square, the tower , and restaurants, it was a comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Taksim. The welcome was warm, and the staff was very attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul!

Cozy and comfortable place to stay near Taksim Square. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a comfortable temperature and it was possible to regulate the radiator heat, which is very important. Recommended.

It is a good option to stay two or three days in Istanbul. The place is quiet. The room has a small refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. A comfortable large bed. Taksim Square is 400 meters away (without hills). There is also Istiklal Street, passing through which and going down to the Golden Horn over the bridge you get to the very center, where the main mosques and the grand bazaar are located. You can use the funicular to go down to the Besiktas pier and take a boat ride. Comfortable buses run from Taksim Square to Istanbul Airport (IST). The journey time is 50 minutes.
