Beautiful location in a charming side street, centrally located. We stayed on the fourth floor with a nice view over the roofs of some of the neighboring buildings. Friendly and helpful staff!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. It's definitely budget accommodation, but very affordable and comfortable. My room was ready early, so they let me in at 10am. Air-conditioning worked well, shower was hot, plenty of teabags and coffee. Multiple buses from the main road and metro shit 10 minutes walk.

Amazing hosts, very helpful. Large, comfortable beds, cleaning every 2-3 days. 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and close to trams/buses that will take you to all of the tourist areas.

The host, brother Ali was an excellent host. Was very helpful and kind. Informed us regarding the location, what to do and how to get there. He was always available to contact if needed. The room we got was good, spacious and the facilities were more than enough. You get what you pay for, I'd recommend this hotel to the next person.
