The staff were very helpful when needed and give great tips for traveling around the city and excursions to take. The rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. Would definitely come back here and it’s so close to Taksim istiklal street and all the places also special thanks to Turgut.

The hotel is very clean, with modern interiors, in a good area of the city. The guys at the reception are very nice, helpful. On the down side, be aware that the budget room is in the underground level, with a very very small window and the room upstairs, in which I stayed after I was lucky to pay an extra fee was quite noisy, so make sure to pack ear plugs. Overall, a good experience.
