The hotel is extremely nice and beautiful. Looks like it’s newly renovated. The interior design work is outstanding with very beautiful and refined decorations. Extremely tasteful Yet practical lobby; it encompasses a friendly and warm atmosphere. Rooms are very beautiful and spacious, let alone the maintained cleanliness one sees and feels. Location is very ideal; it’s midway and walking distance down the hill to the Bosphorous and up the hill to Taksim square. Breakfast assortment is very nice, especially that one has the option to order the a la carte special dishes. They are included within the same rate of the breakfast. All the staff we dealt with were helpful, attentive and very friendly. I would like to thank especially Burak at the reception desk for his help in our bookings for cars or the cruise. We appreciated the welcoming feeling we got from him and from all the staff we dealt with. We will definitely come back to the Artisan hotel again in future visits and we’ll surely recommend it to our friends. Thank you for making our trip memorable

Welcoming and very helpful front office staff. Very nice and tastefully decorated hotel. Spacious rooms. Great location - walking distance from Taksim Square and Istiklal. All our requests were attended to - a symbolic birthday cake was also organised. Most appreciated. Nice cocktails.

Such a lovely hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Top, top location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is out of this world and the view is absolutely stunning. My family totally loved the hotel and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Will definitely come back.

The Artisan is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We only stayed a night but they were so accommodating and much better than our other hotel nearby in Istanbul.

The staff was very helpful, specially Cengiz which was the main person at reception that we worked with, from transfers to tours, it really felt like he cared for us having a good experience overall, add to that the deco details, location and amazing rooftop restaurant and it made it one of our best experience of late

Our stay was overall comfortable and enjoyable. The design and ambiance are truly elegant. A perfect mix of modern style and a comfortable warm inviting decor. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast top quality along with the Bosphorus view was an ideal combination.
