Very cute and confortable

A very friendly welcome. The room was very clean and it was nice to have a private bathroom across the landing. There is a sink in the bedroom also and a kettle and coffee, tea etc.

Location. I could easily walk to a lot of Edinburgh sites and when I found The Meadows and I could avoid a lot of the traffic I was very happy. I liked being able to open my window and get fresh air. Adam was helpful. I liked that there was a sink in my room (toilet and shower across the little hall) very convenient.

Great price and location. I was so comfortable in the room. Close to difficult bus routes, the train station. It was lovely.

Very lovely and kind staff. With a shared bathroom, I particularly liked having a sink in the room, which made life a lot easier when filling the kettle, or even just washing my hands.

Great location. Able to easily walk to the Haymarket, Princes Street etc. The bed was comfortable, the room and property were very clean and the street was quiet during the night. The host was very helpful and nice if you needed him.
