Very central and close to the city centre, trams, trains & bus stops very close across the road. Fab selection at breakfast and could take it back to our room. Free bottled water. On main road but very quiet. Host very friendly & accomodating.

Lady who checked us in was lovely, gave us info re trams etc and had a drink poured for us coming back downstairs. Literally opposite train and tram lines. Clean and comfy and a great base for the night. A fridge with bottled water for guests is available which was appreciated.
